Can I get a copy of your latest PMC printed catalog? Sure. You need to go to PMC Free Catalog and complete the online order form and we'll deliver it directly to your mailbox, or call us at (02) 687-7888 or FAX (02) 6872192.

Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the sole discretion of the management of PMC.

Does PMC sell medical and hospital equipment? You bet! PMC offers one of the most complete lines of medical equipment including mobility aid, respiratory and diagnostic products. Along with our dedicated technical service specialists and over 80 field sales representatives-many of which coming from medical related backgrounds-PMC offers years of proven experience.

I'd like to order products from PMC for the first time, how do I set up an account? First you can go to the New Customer page and complete the easy-to-follow, online application form and submit it electronically; or you may call, fax or write the closest PMC location in your area to complete the process. PMC also has over 80 field sales representatives that can, in many locations, call on you in person to answer any of your questions.

I'm having some difficulty navigating through your website and I have additional questions about your products and services. What can I do? They can answer your questions about using our website, provide product information, and many other services available through PMC. How long does it take to get my first order? Due to types of products PMC supplies, new customers may experience some delays with initial shipments due to processing requirements. Once a PMC account has been established, most orders are shipped the next day.

For new customers, there are several methods of processing first time orders.
1-3 Day Processing with Credit Card or COD - Phone/Fax
3-5 Day Processing with Net 30-Day Terms - Phone/Fax
7-10 Day Processing - Online/Website

Where are PMC distribution and sales centers and how can I contact them? You can call any one of our PMC Locations from 8:00am to 5:00pm in the GMT +0800 zone, Mondays to Fridays, or even write, fax or go online 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

Can I order from PMC without signing up for online processing? Yes. Simply go to the New Customer page and complete the online application form and submit it. We will call you within 24-hours to answer any of your questions or take your order. You may also opt to call us at + 63 2 6877888 or Fax +63 2 6872192.

What are your terms and pricing? PMC accepts cash, check, American Express®, MasterCard® and Visa® in Philippine currency for payments on accounts. Terms are net 30-days from date of invoice. Accounts over 30 days are subject to a 2.0% monthly finance charge on any balance.

Prices are also subject to change without notice.

How can I get additional product information? For now, the best way is to contact the nearest PMC location in your area for any specific information and ask for our FREE PMC Catalog.

Can I return a product ordered from PMC? Yes. PMC wants your complete satisfaction and if any product fails to meet your satisfaction, call us for your Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Merchandise is not returnable after 7 days from the date received. Items returned for credit must be in their original package (unmarked and unopened), must not be expired or stored, and must be handled properly together with the copy of the original packing slip. Drop shipments, special orders, special stock, and opened products are not returnable unless the reason for the return is a manufacturer defect or problem.
