Marketing Managers
He / She should not be more than 45 years old. A person of integrity and honesty, he is well respected by peers and subordinates. His / her creative ideas must be attuned to the times, a doer and an action man and able to command his / her team of sales and marketing people. While his / her experience and education training from healthcare industry is an advantage, it is not necessary. Openings are available for Healthcare Disposables Division, Medical Equipment Division, Laboratory Supplies Division. He / She reports to the AVP for Marketing.
Hospital Territory Managers
Female, stands at least 5' 3" and not more than 40 years old. A graduate of Business, Marketing or any-medical related courses with minimum of 3-years sales experience in hospital supplies or allied industries. She must be creative and aggressive, while possessing a pleasing personality and charisma that builds and values customer relationship for life. While she is a goal- and success-oriented field person, her strength is exhibited in her planning and execution, a "super-salesman". She reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
Product Technical Support Specialists
He / She should not be more than 35 years old, a graduate of Engineering, Medical Technology or Nursing. The candidate should be smart, computer literate, technical and business oriented. He / she will be in charge of training sales people, conducting product demonstrations and support to customers and therefore must possess the charisma and language fluency in these activities. The position reports to the Product Manager.
Medical Sales Representatives
Female, at least 5' 3" and not more than 35 years old. A graduate of medical, engineering or business course is preferred but not necessary, as long as she possess the brain to learn and the skill to sell. She should have an inborn desire for people and an extrovert. She should be hardworking and persistent as the job calls for promoting the products to the hospital / laboratory end-users and creating the demand for it. Our ideal candidate should be fluent in both written and spoken English, and a result-oriented, self-motivated individual. While experience is preferred, it is not necessary.
Customer Care Manager
Female, not more than 40 years old. Our ideal candidate is a graduate of Psychology, MassComm or any allied courses. She should have at least 5 years meaningful experience from large service-oriented firms. She will be tasked to develop a professional customer care system covering all aspects of the business that involved customer-interaction. Her exposure in emerging call centers within a growing organization is an advantage. She must possess a pleasing personality and commands good oral and written English business communication.
Training Officer
He / She should not be more than 38 years old, a graduate of Psychology, MassComm or Marketing courses. He / She will be tasked to enhance the current in-house training programs and conduct trainings for new recruits in the areas of marketing and sales, character building, personality and other development areas. It is necessary that he / she possess the public-speaking skill and the fluency in oral and written communication. Skill in modern computer presentation is necessary. This position reports to the AVP Marketing and HRD.
Internal Auditor
He / She should be an accounting graduate and a CPA, not more than 40 years old. He / She is tasked to implement an industry standard auditing procedure covering all aspects of the business; and must be willing to travel nationwide. The candidate must have at least 3 years meaningful experience in a mid to large trading organization and must have unquestionable integrity, honesty and dependability in all previous employment. This position reports to the President.
